Redeeming your Pre-Pay Plan - Help Page

1. You will receive an invoice via email for the Pre-Pay Plan of your choosing. 

2. Pay this directly into our bank account. (Note that credit card payments will incur a 5% additional fee)

3. When the payment is received, you'll get an email with the subject line "Pre-Pay Pilates Sessions - Here's Your Link."

4. If it's your first time using the online system you'll also get an email asking you to "Create Your New Password".  This will will be your user login for choosing and managing your pilates bookings. Once you've set your password and verified your email you're good to go. You'll only have to do this once. 

5. You may also receive an email inviting you to download the Fit by Wix app. The app is not required but may be useful if you wish to receive notifications about your bookings on your phone. 

6. Go to the Booking Calendar to book your sessions and redeem your pre-pay plan. Here's a handy video: 

7. Once you've made your bookings you'll get email notifications for each one so you can add your appointments straight into your personal calendar. We'll also send you reminders 24 hours before your session. 

8. And now that you've got a login and password you can login at the top or bottom of this site to see your upcoming sessions and view your subscriptions and expiry dates.
